These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "you", or "your") and hcs77 ("hcs77", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the hcs77 website located at https://hcs77.vu and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), exclusive of any Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to an Account pursuant to an active Promotion.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the lawful currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the sole transaction currency accepted on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by hcs77 before a Player may process their first withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the hcs77 website at https://hcs77.vu, its mobile-optimised interface, all games, sportsbook markets, casino products, payment facilities, and customer support channels operated under the hcs77 brand.
• "Promotion" means any bonus offer, deposit match, cashback scheme, free bet, tournament, or other incentive made available by hcs77 to Players from time to time.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their jurisdiction constitutes a Restricted Territory.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet volume a Player must complete before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus Funds amount (e.g., 10x means ten times the bonus amount must be wagered).
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by hcs77 for all published schedules, draw times, and customer service hours unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age is required during the KYC verification process.
• You must be the primary user of the Account. Shared, joint, or proxy accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion on the hcs77 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of hcs77 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You must hold a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport for the purpose of identity verification.
• You must access the Platform entirely for personal, recreational purposes and not in connection with any professional wagering syndicate, arbitrage scheme, or commercial betting operation.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same identity document number, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid and accessible email address that you own and control.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name and accessible to you for verification purposes.
• Your date of birth.
• Your city and province of residence within Indonesia.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. hcs77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify hcs77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

hcs77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

KYC & Verification

hcs77 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time that hcs77 deems it necessary to comply with its internal risk management standards or responsible gaming policies.

Accepted identity documents for KYC verification include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) — preferred document for Indonesian residents.
• Passport — acceptable for all nationalities where the Player resides in Indonesia.
• Indonesian Driver's Licence (SIM) — acceptable as a supplementary document alongside one of the above.

In addition to identity documentation, hcs77 may request proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account overview page showing the account holder's name) and, in certain cases, proof of source of funds. hcs77 is committed to handling all submitted documents in strict accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed. hcs77 does not impose a time limit on KYC completion, but Players are encouraged to complete verification promptly to avoid delays in accessing their winnings.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). hcs77 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion.

5.1 Deposits

hcs77 accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. hcs77 will reject deposits made from third-party accounts and may suspend the receiving Account pending investigation. hcs77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. hcs77 targets the following processing times for KYC-verified accounts:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 5 – 30 minutes from approval.
• Local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): 30 minutes – 3 hours from approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 – 5 business days, subject to card issuer processing schedules.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. hcs77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. Withdrawals are processed during standard operating hours (24/7 WIB) and are subject to a daily maximum as specified in the Account dashboard at the time of the request.

Bonuses & Promotions

hcs77 offers Promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, cashback rewards, free bets, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant Promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a Promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the Promotion-specific terms prevail with respect to that Promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless the Promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each Promotion is available to one Account per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered at the stated Wagering Requirement multiplier before any portion of the balance derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets typically contribute 100%, slot games 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets as specified in the Promotion terms.
• hcs77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Abuse of Promotions — including but not limited to matched betting, bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or any form of coordinated exploitation — will result in the cancellation of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value independent of the Wagering Requirement conditions.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the hcs77 sportsbook and all wagers in hcs77 casino games are subject to the product-specific rules published on the Platform for each sport, market, or game category. By placing a bet or initiating a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. The following general principles apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player after confirmation, except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and exercised prior to event settlement.
• hcs77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened in error, at incorrect odds, or in connection with a system malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, hcs77 will refer to official result sources as specified in the applicable sport rules. For BRI Liga 1 and other Indonesian football competitions, results published by the relevant governing body are considered definitive.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation. hcs77 may apply individual Player bet limits based on account history and risk assessment.
• hcs77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect irregular betting patterns. Any account found to be engaged in match-fixing, insider betting, arbitrage, or any other form of market manipulation will be immediately suspended and the relevant authorities notified.
• For live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Microgaming, and other certified studios, the game studio's own recorded outcome constitutes the definitive result in the event of any discrepancy.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets follow the standard rules set out in the sportsbook's dedicated help section. If one leg of a mix parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated on the remaining legs.

Responsible Gaming

hcs77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that support Player welfare. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming features, accessible at any time from within the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts at intervals of 30, 60, or 120 minutes to notify you of the duration of your active session.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the selected period and will be enforced across all hcs77 products.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the hcs77 name, logo, brand marks, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of hcs77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of hcs77.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to hcs77 for distribution on the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in civil or criminal referral:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform as a vehicle.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hcs77 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, where hcs77 has explicitly restricted access, or by circumventing geographic access controls through VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Player's Account or to any hcs77 back-end system.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hcs77 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers exclude all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

hcs77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss of winnings, profits, or opportunity arising from a technical fault, server outage, or telecommunication failure.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any content, accuracy, or availability of third-party games, payment processors, or linked services.
• Any gambling losses incurred in the ordinary course of play on the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, hcs77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their hcs77 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

hcs77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is operated by a person under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Receipt of a court order or direction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Any circumstance in which continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an Account is closed by hcs77 due to the Player's breach of this Agreement, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation and any Bonus Funds will be forfeited immediately. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and with no outstanding investigation, the remaining Balance will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method within 5 business days.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data by hcs77 is governed by the hcs77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy as they stand at the date of your acceptance and as updated from time to time.

hcs77 collects personal data — including name, identity document details, contact information, financial transaction records, device identifiers, and gameplay history — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and service improvement. hcs77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hcs77 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the hcs77 internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.

hcs77 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that Indonesian law may restrict certain forms of online gambling and accept sole responsibility for compliance with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to their personal use of the Platform.

Amendments

hcs77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hcs77 will notify registered Players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance before the effective date of the changes.
